Breath of Spring Salad


2 c. grapefruit sections
1 c. orange sections
2 c. fresh or canned pineapple chunks
1 c. sliced bananas
1 pt. fresh strawberries
8 lettuce cups
watercress for garnish
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Drain fruits. Arrange in lettuce cups. Garnish with watercress. Combine cream cheese, honey and lemon juice. Fold into whipped cream. Spoon over fruit. Sprinkle with walnuts.
