Peanut Butter Crunch Candy

1-1/2 C. sugar
3/4 C. dark corn syrup
1-1/2 C. crunchy peanut butter
1 t. vanilla
6 C. corn flakes
1/2 C. salted peanuts

Bring sugar & corn syrup to a rolling bowl; Remove from heat, and add peanut butter & vanilla. Stir to blend. Pour over corn flakes & peanuts and mix until all cereal is coated. Pat into 2 greased 8x8x2" pans. While still warm, cut into squares.   Yield: 18 servings.
