Hot Dog Surprise


1 lb. sliced franks
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook franks and onions in oil until lightly browned.
Blend in the flour, salt, catsup, water and cheese. Cook for 5 minutes, spoon into hollowed out buns. Then wrap in foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
