Meat Loaf Surprise

3 lb. ground beef
3 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, raw
1 large onion, chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs,
shelled

Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, eggs, onion and tomato sauce, mixing thoroughly. Put about half in loaf pan. Place hard-boiled eggs in a row down center of pan. Cover with
rest of meat and seal sides of loaf around eggs. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. When sliced, the eggs make an attractive surprise.
