Pink Surprise Pie
1 (16 oz.) can crushed drained pineapple
3 to 4 red apples, grated (with skins on)
1 (8 oz.) carton raspberry yogurt
1 pie shell or graham cracker crust
1/2 c. D-Zerta whip or whipping cream
Combine apples and pineapple. Gently combine whipped cream and yogurt; blend
well. May mix all ingredients together and spoon on top of pie crust.
Note: Have all ingredients ready and put together just before serving. The
surprise is a delicious raw apple pie with no added sugar.
