Brownie Delight
2 packages (one 8 oz, one 3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 C. powdered sugar
1 carton (16 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed & divided
2 C. cold milk
1 package (3.9 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix
½ C. chopped pecans
Prepare & bake brownies according to package directions, using a greased 13x9x2" cake pan. Cool completely. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese & sugar and beat for 2 minutes. Fold in 2 C. whipped topping. Spread over brownies. In another bowl, combine the milk & pudding mix, beat till smooth. Refrigerate for 5 minutes, then spread over the cream cheese layer. Spread with remaining whipped topping; sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
