Brownie Pizza

3/4 C. butter or margarine, melted...........1/2 C. cocoa
1-1/2 C. sugar............................................3/4 C. flour
1-1/2 t. vanilla............................................1/2 t. baking powder
3 eggs........................................................1/4 t. salt

Using only a spoon, beat melted butter, sugar, vanilla & eggs in a large bowl. Stir in dry ingredients till well-blended. Spread into a greased 12" pizza pan (if using a disposable pizza pan, place on cookie sheet to bake. Can also be made in a 13x9" pan). Bake at 350° for 20-22 minutes, or until top springs back when touched lightly. Serve plain, or sprinkle HOT brownie with chocolate, white, butterscotch or peanut butter chips; coconut, toffee bits; or any topping(s) you prefer.
