Brownie Cheesecake


1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/3 c. soft margarine
1 egg
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, blend cake mix, coconut, butter and 1 egg on low until crumbly  (resembles graham cracker crust). Press lightly into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, 3/4-cup sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cake mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Mix sour cream, 1/4-cup sugar and 1-tablespoon vanilla until smooth. Spread over cheesecake. Refrigerate overnight.
