No Crust Cheesecake


2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
6 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon

Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each one. Add remaining ingredients to the creamed mixture and beat well. When cheesecake mixture is well blended, pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Put into a 350 degrees oven for 50 minutes. Turn oven off and leave cheesecake in oven for one hour. Do not open oven while cheesecake is in. Remove and cool completely before cutting.
