Oreo Cheesecake


(Makes Three 9-inch Cheesecakes, 36 Slices)

2 qt. Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed
1/2 c. liquid Blue Bonnet margarine
1 (4 lb.) pkg. Royal no-bake real cheesecake filling
3 qt. cold milk
4 c. Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, diced
36 whole Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies for garnish

Combine Oreo cookie crumbs and liquid Blue Bonnet margarine. Using about 2 1/2 cups mixture per pan, Press evenly against bottom and 2-inches up sides of 3 (9-inch) spring-form pans. Chill 15 minutes. Combine cold milk and Royal no-bake cheesecake filling in mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed 1 minute. Scrape down sides and bottom of mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes longer. Stir in the diced cookies. Divide mixture evenly among prepared crusts. Arrange 12 whole cookies around top edge of each cheesecake. Chill 3 hours.
