Cherry Cheese Coffee Cake

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. milk


Cheese Filling=
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice

Whip until smooth.

Cream Bisquick, cream cheese, margarine and milk until soft ball forms. Knead lightly on floured board. Roll dough into a rectangle. Place on greased cookie sheet. Spread filling down center of dough. Cut sides of dough and lay over filling. When covered, sprinkle generously with granulated sugar. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Spoon any pie filling, jam or fresh strawberries down center of cake.
