Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Macaroni


4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, (about 1-1/4 lb.)- cut into chunks

1 (13-3/4 oz.) can chicken broth

2 C. uncooked elbow macaroni

3/4 lb. (12 oz.) velveeta cheese, cut up

1- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

#1- Cook & stir chicken in large skillet, coated with cooking spray, for 2 minutes or until no longer pink.

#2- Stir in broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover with tight-fitting lid. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

#3- Add velveeta & broccoli; stir until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
