Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

1 C. shortening
2 sticks "I can’t believe it’s not butter"

Cream the above ingredients till fluffy, then add:

9 1/3 C. powdered sugar
2/3 C. cocoa
1 T. vanilla
6 T. milk

Beat in Kitchen Aid mixer- 5 minutes on speed 4, then 5 minutes on stir.
