Chocolate Coconut Bars


2 C. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 C. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 C. sugar
2 C. flaked coconut
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C. chopped pecans
1 plain chocolate candy bar (7 oz.)
2 T. creamy peanut butter

Combine the crumbs, butter & sugar; press into a greased 13 x 9 x 2" pan. Bake at 350° for 1o minutes. meanwhile, an a bowl, combine coconut, milk & pecans; spread over the hot crust. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes; cool completely. In a small saucepan, melt candy bar & peanut butter over low heat; spread over cooled bars. Cool till set. Yield: about 3 dozen
