Choco-Scotch Clusters
4 C. crisp rice cereal
1/2 C. salted cocktail peanuts(optional)
1 (6 oz.) package butterscotch chips
1 (6 oz.) package semi-sweet chips
2 T. peanut butter
Combinr cereal & peanuts in a large mixing bowl; set aside. Over hot (not boiling) water, melt the 2 chips & peanut butter, stirring constantly till smooth. Pour over cereal mixture. Stir till well coated. Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper or a butteres baking sheet. Chill till firm, about 1 hour. Yield: about 4 dozen.
