CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM DESSERT


1 c. flour
1 c. crushed walnuts
1/4 c. soft butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
grated chocolate

1st Layer: Blend together flour, walnuts and butter. Bake in 11 x 13-inch pan for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
2nd Layer: Blend together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 9 ounces Cool Whip until smooth. Spread mixture on 1st layer.
3rd Layer: Mix pudding and milk until thickened. Spread on 2nd layer.
4th Layer: Spread 9 ounces Cool Whip over 3rd layer and sprinkle top with grated chocolate.
Cool and refrigerate overnight.
