CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM FILLING
1/2 tsp. gelatin
1 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Soften gelatin in cold water. Place over boiling water until dissolved, then cool. Combine
with cream and cocoa. Beat until stiff. Fold in sugar; add vanilla.
