CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM SQUARES
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 tsp. icing sugar
Topping:
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Blend 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup flour and 2 teaspoons icing sugar and press into 8 x 8-inch
pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until set. Cool.
Topping: Cream butter and sugar. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat in eggs
one at a time. Beat until fluffy for 10 minutes. Spread over base. Top with thin layer of
whipped cream and refrigerate.
