Chocolate Zucchini Bread

3 eggs............................1 t. cinnamon

2 C. sugar......................1 t. baking soda

1 C. oil...........................1/4 t. baking powder

2 C. shredded zucchini....1/3 C. cocoa

1-1/2 t. vanilla.................1/2 C. chopped nuts

2-1/3 c. flour

Beat eggs & sugar together; add oil. Drain zucchini as much as possible and add to oil mixture.

Sift together the dry ingredients, add to the zucchini mixture. add vanilla & beat well.

Mix in nuts. Pour mixture into 2 greased loaf pans. bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Remove to a rack to cool. Freezes well.
