CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM


1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 oz. (1/2 sq.) semi-sweet chocolate

(Tracy's note: I believe you could increase these amounts to make as much as you need. Looks like the ratio is 1 to 1, cups to ounces.)

In a small saucepan combine whipping cream and semi-sweet chocolate. Stir over low heat until all of the chocolate is melted.
Remove from heat and stir until no chocolate specks remain. Pour into bowl; cover and chill. Just before serving, beat cream mixture until stiff peaks form (tips stand straight).
