Cottage Cheese Salad
1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
1 (3 oz.) lime jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 can (No. 2) crushed pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. canned milk
1 large carton (12 oz.) cottage cheese
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Make jello with water and drained pineapple juice from pineapple. When thickened, add
mayonnaise, canned milk, cheese, pineapple and nuts (optional). Pour into mold or loaf pan
to set. Great for potluck luncheon or supper.
