Cranberry Salad


1 (6 oz.) raspberry Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 c. orange juice
1 c. pineapple juice
2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raw cranberries, ground

Measure cranberries after grinding. Heat pineapple juice; add hot water. Dissolve Jell-O in liquid. Add sugar; mix well. Add lemon juice and orange juice. Mix with pineapple, cranberries and nuts. Chill to set. Add 1/2 package of Knox gelatine if desired firmer to take to potluck. Top with sour cream.
