Potluck Chicken

10 chicken pieces (I use chicken breasts)
3/4 bottle Russian dressing (small size)
1 jar apricot preserves
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Place chicken in baking pan (foil lined) with some overlapping. Salt. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake approximately 1 hour, covered, at 325 degrees. Remove cover and spoon sauce over chicken and brown 15 to 20 minutes longer. (Also baste with dressing remaining in bottle.)
