Potluck Macaroni Bake
2 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pepper
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 envelope tomato soup mix
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 can luncheon meat, cut into strips or 3 c. ham
1 1/2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
Cook and drain macaroni. Sauté onion and pepper. Add flour, soup and milk gradually. Cook
until thickened. Add cheese, macaroni and meat. Put into casserole, sprinkle with Parmesan
cheese and bake in a 350 degrees oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 12.
