Orange Dessert Salad
1 large pkg. orange jello
2 c. boiling water
12 oz. can frozen orange juice
2 cans Mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (use juice)
Frosting:
1 c. cold milk
large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1/4 c. sugar
dash of vanilla
In a large bowl add the boiling water to dry jello. Add frozen orange juice concentrate.
Add drained oranges and crushed pineapple, using pineapple juice. Let gel in 9 x 13-inch
pan.
Frosting: To the cold milk, add vanilla pudding; beat. In separate bowl whip the whipping cream with the sugar and vanilla. Fold into pudding mixture and spread on jello.
