Cookout Taco Salad
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium onion
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 small can English peas
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bag corn chips
1 large bottle Catalina salad dressing
Sauté beef, salt and onion in skillet. Drain and cool. In large salad bowl, layer
lettuce, beef, cheeses, corn chips and peas. Pour dressing over and mix thoroughly. Serve
immediately. Yield: 12 to 14 generous servings.
