Crock Pot Mac N' Cheese


8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked for 5 minutes & drained (6 C. Cooked)

2 T. oil

1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk

1-1/2 C. milk

1 t. salt

3 C. shredded Velveeta cheese

1/4 C. melted butter

2 T. minced onion

Toss cooked macaroni in the 2 T. oil. Add all remaining ingredients & pour into a lightly greased crock pot. Stir well. Cover & cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. YUM.
