1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (1 lb.) whole cranberry sauce

Walnut Streusel:
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. chilled butter or margarine

To make streusel: Combine all ingredients and rub mixture between fingers to form large crumbs. Sprinkle on top of cranberry mixture. Bake in 375 degrees oven for 45 minutes or until streusel is golden brown. Cool, then refrigerate to serve chilled. Serves 6 to 8 and many more. Great at Christ mas time for potlucks.
