Cranberry Tarts


1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O brand strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. Ocean Spray cranberry juice
1/2 c. Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce
8 baked 3-inch tart shells
1 to 1 1/2 c. fruit*

*Bananas (sliced), halved seedless grapes, canned Mandarin orange sections and additional whole berry cranberry sauce (drained).

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Measure 1/3 cup; add juice and set aside. Add cranberry sauce to remaining gelatin and chill until very thick. Chill clear gelatin until thickened. Spoon cranberry mixture into shells. Arrange fruit on top; add drained cranberry sauce. Carefully spoon clear gelatin over fruits to glaze. Chill one hour. Makes 8 tarts.
