Cranberry Tarts
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Measure 1/3 cup;
add juice and set aside. Add cranberry sauce to remaining
gelatin and chill until very thick. Chill clear gelatin until
thickened. Spoon cranberry mixture into shells. Arrange fruit
on top; add drained cranberry sauce. Carefully spoon clear
gelatin over fruits to glaze. Chill one hour. Makes 8 tarts.
