Fall Fruit Crisp


3 cups peeled sliced apples
2 cups pears, sliced
1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
2 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup quick oats
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
  1. PREHEAT oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Grease an 8" square (2 L) baking dish.
  2. COMBINE all ingredients for fruit mixture. Mix well. Spread in baking dish.
  3. COMBINE first four dry ingredients for topping. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit.
  4. BAKE for 30 to 40 minutes, or until fruit is tender. Serve warm or at room temperature.
