Pear-Walnut Bread


2 cups Whole Wheat or White Flour               1 cup chopped Pears

1 T. Baking Powder                                        1 cup  chopped Walnuts

1/2 tsp. Salt                                                      1/2 cup Milk

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon                                            1  Egg

1/4 tsp. Nutmeg                                                1/4 cup Corn Oil

1/4 tsp. ground Cloves                                      3/4 cup Honey

 

Stir dry ingredients and...... pears & walnuts.   Mix milk, egg, oil and honey together and add to dry ingredients. Stir until just blended. Pour into 3 sm. greased & floured bread pans.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min. or until tester pulls out clean.
