Squash Blossom Omelet
fresh squash blossoms
shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
5 to 6 large mushrooms, cleaned and chopped (optional)
Carefully pick the fully grown blossoms of the zucchini plant or which ever
desired. Wash lightly. Sauté along with fresh mushrooms in butter or margarine
and combine with 3 beaten eggs. Cook very lightly.
