Hibiscus Tea
12 red hibiscus flowers
8 oz. boiling water
1 lime
honey
Place 12 red hibiscus flowers in a teapot. Add 1 cup boiling water; let steep a
few minutes. Tea will look purple. Squeeze juice of 1 lime into teapot. Watch
what happens...the tea now is red! Sweeten with a little honey, not too much as
hibiscus nectar is already sweet enough for hummingbirds.
