Frosty Ambrosia Pie


1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. orange with peel, remove seeds
1 (8-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 1/3 c. Baker's flaked coconut
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
6 drops yellow food coloring
3 drops red food coloring

Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk, food coloring, orange and coconut in blender for 30 seconds. Fold into whipped topping. Spoon onto curst. Put in freezer for 4 hours. Let set 5 minutes before cutting. Garnish with orange.
