Frozen Fruit Slush Salad
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
3 or more bananas, diced
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, quartered
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. water
Thaw frozen ingredients. Combine ingredients together in a large bowl. Line
muffin tins with cupcake papers. Fill cupcake papers with mixture and freeze.
When solid, remove from tins and store, covered, in freezer. To serve, remove
from freezer 5 minutes before serving and place in individual bowls, removing
paper. Will keep 3 to 4 months if properly stored. Serves 30.
