Full Moon Cheese Ball


1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 jar (5 oz.) pimento
pasteurized "Neufchatel" cheese spread
1 jar 5 oz. bacon pasteurized cheese spread
1 c. crushed, canned French fried onion rings

Combine softened cream cheese and cheese spreads, mix until well blended. Stir in 1/2 cup onions. Chill. Shape into ball, roll in remaining onions. Garnish with pimento, if desired.
