Monster Pie
8 oz. hamburger or sausage, fried
8 oz. Muenster cheese, grated
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Grease 9-inch pie plate. In bowl, beat egg and add all ingredients and mix with
spoon and pour into greased pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. First 20 minutes, cover with foil and last 5
minutes uncover. Freezes well and warms up well.
