Hamburger Stroganoff


Cook 1 lb. hamburger & ½ C. chopped onion in ¼ C. margarine until onion is tender. Stir in 2 T. flour, 1 t. salt, ¼ t. pepper & 1 can mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, stirring. Stir in 1 can cream of chicken soup & heat to boiling. Reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes, then stir in 1 C. sour cream & heat through. Serve over hot noodles.
