Irish Coffee Pie


1 (9 oz.) chocolate crumb pie crust
24 large marshmallows
3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. Irish whiskey
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee (level), mixed with a little water
1 pt. whipping cream
shaved unsweetened chocolate

Melt marshmallows with milk in double boiler. Cool. Add Irish whiskey and coffee. Whip cream and fold 1/2 pint into marshmallow mixture. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate. When set, top with remaining 1/2 pint whipped cream and shaved unsweetened chocolate.
