Homemade Irish Creme Liqueur

1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 tsp. unsweetened chocolate syrup (Nestle's cocoa bake), warmed
3 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. creme de cacao
3 eggs
1/3 bottle Irish whiskey
1 c. half and half

Blend all ingredients. Pour into Irish whiskey bottle; if not full, add more whiskey.
