Luck 'O the Irish Stew


1 chopped head cabbage
1 large onion, chopped
5 Irish potatoes, chopped
5 carrots, chopped
1 can corned beef
2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in large saucepan and cook on medium heat until potatoes and carrots are tender. Great served with Mexican cornbread. This is a traditional St. Patrick's Day dish.
