Cherry Berry Slush
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries or 1-1/2C. fresh
raspberries
1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened pitted cherries
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 (24 oz.) bottle lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
lemon slices (optional)
Thaw frozen fruit; do not drain. Blend raspberries until smooth; strain. Place
cherries in blender until smooth; add apple juice. Combine with berries. Seal
and freezeovernight.
For each 10 ounce serving, scrape spoon across frozen slush mixture and spoon
about 3/4 cup into chilled tumbler. Slowly pour 4 ounces lemon-lime beverage.
Stir to mix.
Garnish with lime slice.
