Grilled Carrots


6 carrots cut in small pieces length wise
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 tablespoon of parsley

Mix the carrots and other ingredients. Then place it all in tinfoil. Wrap the foil in a packet with the ends rolled tightly. Place on a hot grill and turn frequently for about 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Yield: 4 servings
