Campfire Meatloaf
Use your favorite meatloaf recipe
Cooking instructions:
Cut several large onions in half around their 'equator'. Hollow them out,
cutting up the insides to add to your meat mixture. Keep the shells for later.
When your meat is all prepared, place a handful of meat into each half of onion
shell, cover with the remaining half. Wrap entire ball in foil. Keep in a cooler
until ready to throw it into the fire to cook.
