Lemonade Stand Pie


1/3 C. Country Time Lemonade, Strawberry or Raspberry Lemonade flavor drink mix

1/2 C. water

1 pint (2 C.) vanilla ice cream, softened

1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 prepared graham pie crust (9")

Stir drink mix & water until dissolved. Beat lemonade mixture & ice cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed till blended. Gently stir in whipped topping until smooth. Freeze until mixture mounds, if necessary. Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes, or until pie can be cut easily. Garnish with lemon slices. Store leftover pie in freezer. Yield : 8 slices
