Easy Macaroni & Cheese


2 C. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked & drained

1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk

8 oz. cheddar or american cheese, shredded.

1/2 t salt

1/8 t. cayenne

paprika (optional)

In a greased, deep, 2 quart casserole dish; mix the macaroni, milk, cheese, salt & cayenne. Sprinkle with paprika. bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 4 servings.

Microwave preparation: Prepare as above. Cover & cook 6 to 8 minutes, stirring once, until hot & creamy.
