Emerald Gin Punch


1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, chilled
4 (6 oz.) cans limeade concentrate
2 cans water
1/4 c. honey
1 bottle gin
2 liter 7-Up
few drops green food coloring
lime or lemon slices
cherries

Combine juice, lemonade and honey in punch bowl. Add gin, 7-Up and ice or ice ring. Great for Christmas, St. Patrick's day or summer party.
