Green St. Pat's Dessert


1 stick oleo
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans (or ground)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
green maraschino cherries

Mix oleo, flour and pecans like pie crust. Pat in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar and 1/2 large Cool Whip for second layer. Spread on cooled crust. Prepare 3 cups milk with the 2 packages of instant pistachio pudding for third layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with shamrocks made from diced green maraschino cherries. Keep refrigerated until served.
