Mom's Irish 'Potatoes' 


2 lb. 10x sugar
6 Tbsp. margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can flaked coconut
cinnamon

Use very clean hands to mix sugar and margarine. Add about 3/4 of the can of milk. Do not allow "dough" to get too sticky as you add milk as needed. Add coconut. Shape dough
into small "potatoes" and roll in cinnamon. Brush off excess cinnamon.
