Oven Cheese Fondue


10 slices white bread.....................1 t. dry mustard

6 eggs...........................................1 t. salt

3 C. milk.......................................2 C. shredded process sharp American cheese (8 oz.)

2 T. snipped parsley......................3 T. finely chopped onion

Remove crusts from bread; cut bread into cubes. Beat eggs, milk & seasonings with a rotary beater. Stir in bread cubes, cheese & onion. Pour into an ungreased baking dish, 11x7". Bake uncovered at 325° for 1 hour or until center is set. Serve immediately. Yield: 8 servings
